Built a complete monetisation system from zero on a 180k-follower brand.
Took a creator with real proof (460 acres in Georgia, 150 families, 300 plus parcels sold) and zero monetisation infrastructure, then built the entire engine. Offer architecture across three tiers, full VSL and webinar funnel, Typeform application with lead scoring, ManyChat DM automation, GHL CRM, Skool community setup, full email and SMS flow library, plus VAs hired and managed.
